Our rates vary by seasons :

• Winter :

From January 2 to April 6 of 2012

From November 7 to December 30 of 2012

• Low season :

From April 9 to July 6 of 2012

(Excluding holiday weekends of Easter, Ascension, Pentecost and Saturday of May, June and September)

From August 26 to November 6 of 2012

• High season :

April 7, 8, 28, 29, 30 of 2012

May 17, 18, 19, 26, 27 of 2012

From July 7 to August 25 of 2012

Every Saturday from May to September of2012

December 31 of 2012

Rates quoted are per room per night inclusive of all taxes (excluding tax), for 1 or 2 people.

(1) The half-board rates are available from 3 nights for 2 people and include: accommodation, breakfast and dinner (excluding drinks). Rates for 1 person, contact us.

It should add a tax of 0.91 € per day per adult (16 years) in the room rate (tax may be changed by the municipality).

5,5% VAT is included in the quoted prices.

All rooms are equipped with toilet, shower or bathroom, a hairdryer, a telephone, free wireless internet, a TV and a safe. Rooms are available from 14 am and must be vacated by 11 am 30.

Extras:

• Breakfast at 12 € with buffet in restaurant or continental in your room

• + 16 € per day for the installation of an additional bed
  (1 person possible category MELODY)
• + 8 € per day for the presence of an animal
• Free baby cot

Service:

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation more than 15 days before date from arrival date : we refund the deposit in full at no cost.
- Cancellation between 15 days and 48 hours before date of arrival date : we keep the deposit for a year to stay at a later date.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours from arrival date: we keep the deposit permanently without delay or refund.
- For early check-out less than 48 hours, one night will be charged.
- Guarantee by credit card: for any cancellation less than 48 hours from arrival date or in case of no-show, one night will be charged on your credit card.

Groups Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before date from arrival: we refund the deposit, less than 100 € for administrative fees.
- Cancellation or reduction in the number of rooms between 30 and 15 days before date of arrival: we keep the deposit for a year to stay at a later date.
- Complete cancellation less than 15 days from arrival date : we keep the deposit permanently without delay or refund.
- Partial cancellation less than 15 days from the date of arrival or early check-out : rooms canceled will be charged.
