These rates are per person per day for a minimum of 5 participants.

Study-day package includes:

A welcome coffee

The meeting room with flip chart, screen, TV, VCR

Lunch (excluding drinks)

The two breaks: coffee, tea, juice, cake or biscuits

Room hire for exhibitions, conferences, cocktail: 150 € per day

Room hire for subgroup seminar: 80 € per day

Groups Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before date from arrival:

we refund the deposit, less than 100 € for administrative fees.
- Cancellation or reduction in the number of rooms

between 30 and 15 days before date of arrival:

we keep the deposit for a year to stay at a later date.
- Complete cancellation less than 15 days from arrival date :

we keep the deposit permanently without delay or refund.
- Partial cancellation less than 15 days from the date of arrival or early check-out :

rooms canceled will be charged.
